***CLEAN.IT.UP.MONDAY***

Angie what the name of the school. I did, online University of Phoenix and we had a proctor from the first day but we did not have exam just papers. Maybe call guidance counselor.

d-baked fried chicken beans and rice.

night angie - good luck finding someone to proctor your exam. i do not know how to use wo manager. can you share your rotation?

robin, i love your rotation idea. hmmmm

colleen, great wo, and i hope you do make time to relax today.

amanda, i empathize with someone sabatoging your efforts. what a pain.

becky, we cleaned out so much when we moved last yr - it is painful, literally.

clintonya, hoep your day stays clean. you asked about my mom. she suffers from many chronic conditions - remission from colon and breast cancer, rhematoid and osteo arthritis, hrt disease, back pain, and sinus troubles. my dad left her last yr after 41 yrs of marriage. she has had a bad bout of it, and i try to be supportive, but she can be destructive and hurtful. is it your mother or mil who lives with you?

klaudia, wtg with the wos yday!! and thank heavens for babysitting help. i think dh is ready to go back to work after a week off ( including the weekend) since getting back;)

legs and core done. i have a pt appointment for my calf today. not a bit of soreness and pain after running yday, though. eats are clean and they will stay that way. bbl

Girls are off to the movies and I decided to go grocery shopping tomorrow while Nevena's in school:) So I just enjoyed a nice, long shower and an uniterrupted lunch of veggie soup and a ham and cheese roll up. I may even take a nap! Got my workout done-lots of push ups for me too-the last set was 21s and I had to drop to my knees on the last 7.

Amanda, hope you got your workout in. I know that feeling of sabotage all too well-went out for drinks and the girls were like, "You're so skinny! You can eat/drink anything!" I had 2 light beers and some chips and dip-but only a pb&j for dinner and I wasn't having all those crazy mixed drinks that are loaded with calories!

Kate, I'll be Meijering tomorrow-it takes me at least 1.5 hours to do a big shop and I didn't feel like rushing back for dance. I love where my life has taken me too:)

Clintonya, what kind of writer? I feel like now I couldn't put tow good sentences together!

Colleen, I need to make more time for stretching-and with STS it's tough cause the workouts are already so long! I sat with a group of boys in biology-they dissected while I did all the write ups;) Great workout and menu!

Becky, DH and I love purging! Feel so good when you're done!

Robin, thanks. I'm happy to get 4 good workouts/week-5 or 6 is gravy! Your rotation looks fantastic!

Angie, I AM blessed! And with my mom feeling the way she does with her back, I feel so grateful that she's willing to help me out. What a bummer about the proctor-hope you get it all settled.

Robin, I wanted to write novels and poetry. I have a few that I started way back when, when I had time :) Then I ended up in accounting! Good job with the weight work and cardio ! And that does look good for muscle confusion.

Angie, that is bad about the proctor. Hope you can find someone else tomorrow and you have a better night w/the sleeping:) Disc 7 (week 3) was harder than week 1 or 2,but it was fun too. Maybe I am just tired today.

Kate, by June you will be ready to kick butt :D

Colleen, yes, I guess with all the bio in the medical field passing out would not work :) I know I could not handle being a nurse, I am not good with sickness!!

Becky, I know what you mean – I am having a hard time typing! After that, can you even lift the boxes for Goodwill :)

Klaudia, I am doing the store thing this evening after we drop off Jasmin at dance. I wanted to be a fiction writer. I need quiet to write, so you know I could never get a word down now :)

Nina, that is a lot for you rmom, and you, to have to go through. My mom hasn't had cancer, but has all the others that you mentioned, plus stomach & eye issues, but I guess all in all she is doing ok. She is 78, she was 38 when I was born. My dad died about 6 yrs ago from prostate cancer. My dh's parents live in the nyc area. They are much younger, but his mom is having to have dialysis 3x/wk and is on the kidney transplant lsit, so guess age doesn’t always matter. I find that same thing with my mom too, I do think they don’t have anywhere to put their frustrations and anger (I am an only child), but it still hurts, esp. with someone like me who can take everything personal:) Wow, that was a whole book, sorry :)

Off to dance and the store!

Can I just say how much I love this check-in? I love it because we check-in with every aspect of our health-mental, emotional, and of course physical. It's not just about what workout we did or how many reps, etc. We truly care about each other. You ladies are amazing! Mwah!
