Morning girls,
We actually stayed in bed this AM and didn't get up to do insanity. The last week and we skip it. Ryan's back has really been bothering him the past few days so we wanted to give it a break and we were both just tired. So, our last week will start tomorrow, finish next Monday with the fit test (since there is no rest day this week). Then I will take a rest day on Tuesday and we'll be off to the States on Wednesday. Just in the nick of time!
I plan to do some sort of step this afternoon though. I'm going out with my friend Rebekah this morning so it won't get done then.
Eats this weekend were somewhat dreadful. I don't know what my deal was. We even stopped at the burger joint after church yesterday. I was feeling SUPER homesick and didn't feel like going home and trying to figure out something "healthy" to eat. I just wanted to go to a friend's house, eat chili, and watch football. I didn't totally overdo it though - small chicken sandwich, fries, and split some ic with ryan. Don't fee gross today but cals were DEFINITELY too high. Today/this week will be better. It has to be. This is my last week - need to see results. Ryan has lost 12 pounds! I've lost 2.

Nina, I'm not a huge fan of any of the recovery videos. They're ok - I've just done them too much. My faves are the plyo ones. Enjoy snuggle time with dh!
