Happy STS day to all of you! I hope you all get it soon!

I can't wait for your reviews of it. I'm really looking forward to starting my new rotation next month that includes GS/4DS. I'm interested to see what it does. Although my WOs have been pretty stellar this month (aside from the sick days), my eating needs some major improvement. Yesterday was too carb heavy and I felt it this morning.
Annabel went to school an hour early this morning for some private french lessons. I hope these are worth it because it means my day looks like this:
8 - take Annabel to school/come back home
9 - take Ellie to school/come back home
12 - pick up girls from school/come back home
2 - take Annabel back to school/come back home
5 - pick Anna up from school/come back home
Thankfully the school is a whole 2 minutes away but it's still hard with 2 kids in car seats and I can't ever just leave Ellie in the care because I have to actually go inside the school. Oh well, don't know why I'm complaining - not like I have anything else to do.
I'm having a rough 24 hours or so. Yesterday Ryan came home from work and mentioned that since Caterpillar's earnings are low for this year and are projected to be low for next year, they are laying off most contract employees and also those with low performance ratings. This doesn't affect us in any way but if they continue to do a lot of cost cutting, there is talk of sending international employees home. While it probably won't happen, it just got my mind turning. It's hard because I just haven't quite gotten to the point yet where I am seeing the benefits to being here. While I can recognize that in retrospect I will likely see it as a great opportunity, I just haven't quite gotten there yet. I'm lonely. I miss my family. I want to be able to buy Kraft Macaroni & Cheese and oreo cookies. I want to be able to chit chat with the cashier at the grocery store. Ugh.
Anyway, today is Rhythmic step which should make me happy.
I'll be back later. Planning napmax while the girls are at school this AM. Just need some rejuvenation.
