Clean Eating

Thanks Dorie :) I love getting a good variety of foods in and soy is one of those that I really didn't know what to do with. My brother has recently been diagnosed with a dairy allergy and is just discovering the joys of soy (this is how I got to try soy milk in the first place) and so far he's not liking it much! I'll be sure to pass on what you and everyone else has said about soy products to him: I just hope it's easy to find good soy stuff here in England!

Thanks Sue...I am going to look around for their cookbooks based on your recommendation. I have only been on it for a few weeks and I AM thinking about food a lot, hoping that it sort of becomes second nature after a while. I am amazed by what I have learned so far! I never got enough water, for example, before.

I guess different stuff works for different folks! I do think it is smart to take a look at diet though...I think somewhere on this forum I found a great quote "The best abs are built in the kitchen!"

Best,
Jen

I just read a great book by Joan Ifland called Sugars and Flours available at Amazon.com of course.

If you want a clean way of eating, this book will do it for you. Extremely informative and well written also.
