b - shredded wheat, 1/2 banana (couple bites of Isabels zuke. muffin, but AM snack won't happen, so no guilt)
l - will be taco salad & watermelon
d - over to a friends, not sure.

WO - cardio. I woke up with some seriously sore muscles from DM y'day!

Hi ladies,

Today I'm going to do ASC2 premix and a segement of stretchmax. Then I am off to the guard base for family day with my sis and BIL and the kids. Should be fun.

Katie your cookies sound yummy.
Colleen the Rumble clip looks great, I can't wait to get it.
Kate my workouts have been ok, but my eats are still my weak spot, and it usually dinner eats that kill me. I will keep working at. A work in progress.

Kate, congrats on the DOMS! I am glad you finally got a workout in.
Jenn, I can't wait for ASC3. I love ASC2 and I hope ASC3 is good.

rest of day is tbd. I am going to the grocery store soon so I have to see what looks good in the produce section before deciding on my snacks.
 
Quick check in before church. I took yesterday as a rest day - I needed it. I did a mish mosh of CC#6 & #4 - it felt so good. Eats yesterday could have been better - it wasn't horrible though. I'll post my menu later.

Amy fans, I so wish I ordered her workouts. I think ASC3 looks worth the price just for the core work. Hopefeully I'll get them in a trade.

Hey ladies,

Sorry I haven't checked in the last couple of days. I've had internet access but not much to say really. :)

My grandma's funeral was super sad but I was glad to be there. I'm sitting at the airport right now in Rapid City waiting for my flight to Denver and then to Tucson. It's going to be a long day.

Eating this weekend was anything but clean - SO hard to do when you eat out for every meal! There was also a DQ right across from the hotel - so evil!

Well, we leave this coming Saturday again so I'll only be home 5 days. Ryan goes to England for a business trip and the kids and I will be in Chicago. Then the following weekend I will fly out and meet Ryan in France and try to make our final decision about living there! So, I will be away from home for 16 days! I'm going to bring Cathe workouts to my mom's house or maybe get in a few workouts at the local Lifetime fitness (I would KILL for one of these!) and then bring turbo jam to France and try to bust it out in my hotel room. Hopefully there isn't anyone below me!

So, here goes a few weeks of really trying to eat clean on the road! Wish me luck!!

Steph, I'm so sorry to hear about you and Christian. That's heartbreaking. (((HUGS)))

Katie, sounds like you're having a decent weekend. Cookies sound yummy. Your WOs lately have been motivating me to keep pushing myself. I need to try DM again. I was sore for a few day! Good stuff.

Kate, muffins are so yummy. You are kicking some ass with your pg workouts! I wish I worked out during pregnancy! I was so tired and always on stupid bed rest!

Well, I'm surrounded by bikers. Sturgis was this weekend (I'd never heard of it but apparently it's a huge thing here). Anyway, have a great rest of your weekend.

Breakfast was at the airport, lunch will be at the airport and dinner is a church bbq - hopefully I can at least find a salad at the airport for lunch to salvage some of the day!

Angie, AirportMax! Don't remind me! Busy weeks ahead for you! My goodness! I hope it all works out well for you. Just try to maintain - don't worry about achieving new fitness heights. You've got a lot going on!

Doing okay with eats today. I prob. had a few too many tortilla chips, but oh well now! Wish I knew what we were having for dinner tonight! Hopefully she makes something good/the kids can eat it too!
 
Hi Everyone!

Kate, I did some yoga on the Wii. I did not have the energy to do the strength training or aerobics but I will try them out to see if they are any good. It is kind of frustrating since you have to workout consistently to open up more items.
Angie, I am sorry you have to deal with airport food all day! Hope you were able to find a good salad.
Shirl, glad you took a rest day. I am enjoying my rest day today.

We are having burgers with corn for dinner tonight. I have been using the nutrition manager and it has been very good to learn about my deficiencies. I have just been logging what I eat so I can see where I am at and then I will start using some of the meal plans.
 
Colleen, Wii Fit sounds fun - and addicting! Now that I have my username back I really need to check out the NM. It sounds wonderful. I'm sure it will say what my midwife says - more protein!

Dinner was enchiladas. I didn't have too much (honestlt, just part of one). There were refried beans in them and I HATE those! Blech! So I picked at it, ate the beef out and loaded up on fruit. We took a long walk for ice cream, so that's my cardio for the day AND I ATE NO ICE CREAM!! I was very proud of myself. It was a soft-serve place. Preggos are advised to not eat soft-serve (listeria risk) so I watched them eat it. ^5 to me!
