The first time I did it, back in 2000, I slimmed down to 19% bodyfat. I looked my best ever. I did the weight workouts in the beginning twice a week each. I don't know if I did more cardio or not. Then I went off awhile and started gaining weight. Everytime I went back, I could not get my scale to budge!!! I didn't look any better, either. I read what people wrote on the board, and it started getting away from palm/fist and I think my portions were too big. Right now I am just eating clean, and I am not where I want to be yet, but I am starting to look better. I think I will stick to what I am doing.
