Clean Eating Oct 28th

HI Girls,

Do we still have this thread?:eek: I forgot and I have noticed it lately.Does this mean we have some BAD GIRLS!:)

Well, here goes if we are still at it.This is my plan thus far today but ya never know what might happen!

I did my workout already.30 min run + 1/2 BC

Breakfast- Oatmeal, 1/2 banana,1/2 tsp coconut

Lunch- Lipton cup of soup, 1/2 egg sandwich, orange

Snack- 1/2 protein bar and 1 kiwi

Dinner- This I am not sure of.I am working all day so I won't be the one cooking but I don't think there will be any take out either.

Lori,I was wondering the same thing LOL .I've been good all week .Not one thing bad has gone in my mouth .Makes up for last week LOL .I pulled out my food journal and started writting everything down again .That usually gets me back on track !!!.I skipped my workout yesturday as my Shin splints started acting up again !! Darn .. Today it might be another day off as I plan on ME twice on Saturday !!!!I will see how My poor shins feel !!!They feel good right now !!!

Well, we had this thread going for a week about a week ago, but nobody wanted to post this week, I guess.

Breakfast - Tri-O-Plex Bar

Snack - Yoghurt with rasberries and go lean cereal

Lunch - We are having a chilli cook off at work, so I guess I have some of that, but I will not touch any of the desserts they are going to have!!!

Snack - a handful of nuts

Dinner - Salad with Chicken

I'm glad to see this back. I haven't been eating very well lately......
yesterday among the healthy choices, I also snacked on candy corn and white cheddar cheezits!!!:eek:

Today is another day and I started out with a preworkout snack bagel energy bar , and afterworkout breakfast bowl of steel cut oats (baked with vanilla soy milk and a cinnamon stick) .

Am going out for lunch today, so I will do my best to order healthy and will have a light dinner, but have no idea what yet.

Hopefully readng this threat thru out the day will help keep me on the straight and narrow!!;)
