Do we still have this thread? I forgot and I have noticed it lately.Does this mean we have some BAD GIRLS!
Well, here goes if we are still at it.This is my plan thus far today but ya never know what might happen!
I did my workout already.30 min run + 1/2 BC
Breakfast- Oatmeal, 1/2 banana,1/2 tsp coconut
Lunch- Lipton cup of soup, 1/2 egg sandwich, orange
Snack- 1/2 protein bar and 1 kiwi
Dinner- This I am not sure of.I am working all day so I won't be the one cooking but I don't think there will be any take out either.
