Damn I had 2 oreos, but I got rid of the bag after that. I am still on track though I am not going to turn this into an all or nothing eating day. Good thoughts for all of us.

Don't worry, I'll be right there with you Saturday, MIL and I are baking cowboy cookies!! Oh no!! the dreaded cowboy cookies that make you take the whole caketaker full to the closet, shut the door and eat and eat and eat!! God help me!
I've done well today. I stayed on track for the meals listed above. For my afternoon snack I had 4 ww crackers and a slice of l/f cheese. for dinner tonight I had turkey chili loaded with bell peppers, beans, onions, and garlic. I was going to have a salad but I was too full. I plan on having 2 clementines for a snack tonight. Oh, I did have one little piece of chocolate--oops
ETA I am down on my fluid intake today. I really need to up the water tomorrow. I have a quart size water bottle that I usually fill at least twice a day on top of the other beverages I have. I only had 1 quart of water today and I can tell by how I feel.
A clementine is a type of orange. Actually, it's a cross between seville and mandarin oranges. They're small, seedless, and sweet. They're really good--and very easy to peel.
