-- CLEAN EATING - MONDAY --

I have a slew of errands to do this AM then Im supposed to work at Kgarten. My mom is supposed to watch Julia but I have a sneaking feeling that she is going to cancel on me....which will really bum me out.:(

WO (UB weights) won't be til tonight and eats must be CLEAN! Beach is 7 weeks and 4 days away!

Today I start Meso 3 and I'm so excited about it !!!!

Had a great day yesterday that made up for a rather blah Saturday.
Dh and I DID get a great 40 min. walk on the bike path (he hasn't walked all winter, so we are starting slow) . It was in the mid 50's and sunny & felt fantastic !!
We grilled out Amish chicken and had a huge salad full of veggies for our dinner !

DH weighed himself this morning and has lost 10 pounds since watching our sugar and eating cleaner and I have lost 5 !!!!!

I'll bb after my workout.

Morning!

What a day yesterday was! Danica and I spent some more time shopping then we came home and went on a 40 minute walk-with some running thrown in:) My cousin came over and then my parents brought the girls home-Milla had been feeling unwell since Saturday afternoon with a stomach ache. She was still crying and hadn't eaten much last night so Darrin took her to the Emergency room-with my dad (no small feat-he was crying when they took her for x-rays!) Turns out she has a UTI and constipation caused by it. Good stuff! So today I get to tend to a sickie. Oh, the joys!

Kate, I hope your mom doens't stiff ya! I'm jumping on board the beach wagon-D is doing all this work for the beach house, I need to get crackin on making my body beach worthy!

Becky-what a nice day you had! We did the same workout yesterday:) Great job on the weight loss!

Meso 3 Back & Chest is history !!!! Great workout ! It felt longer to me after the workouts in Meso 2, but I also feel STRONG ! Gotta love it !

Good Morning Everyone!

Sorry I did not check in yesterday but I had a busy day. We cohosted a baby shower and we had to prep for that. I did a 20 min run and then KCM 30 min CB premix. The shower was really nice but I felt like I did not have any free time this weekend which mentally I really needed. I am so far behind on everything and DH wants to go away this weekend. This morning's workout was Tracey S' yoga solutions timesaver premix.

Morning, everyone! Sorry I didn't make it back here Sat. night or yesterday. I ended up getting home later than I planned yesterday, but I had a great visit with my friend. Even though we hadn't spoken in years we both felt totally comfortable and at ease. It was great. And she made this delicious dinner and sent leftovers home with me! Isn't that sweet? She's the best.

Colleen, great job on the shower, but I know what you mean about not having time to relax. We all need to recharge, right?

Becky, I'm finishing up meso 2 this week and then taking next week off. I'm not really looking forward to the super long workouts in Meso 3, but I'll see how it goes. Good for you for getting it done early!

Hey all,

Have had a great day with Ryan and just finished BM2 abs and 40/20. I can keep up with every rhythm in that WO except for the butt kicks where I'm not even close. I can barely go the full 40 seconds continuously. It's crazy how fast they go.

Anyway, don't have time for personals, off to pick up girls but I had to say that ANNE! I am SOOOOO happy for you. Tell TCB that your Cathe-friends love him. :)

And Klaudia, I sincerely hope Milla feels better. I spent my childhood with UTIs... no fun. :(

Hi ladies. I have not fallen off the face of the earth. :)
Still doing the STS cardio rotation, but skipped the CCC last week and did a 4 mile run instead. We've had such great sunshine this past weekend!

I did 4 miles Friday, 4 miles in addition to the STS disc 24 on Saturday, and 6 miles yesterday (all in my 5 fingers)

Today I plan to run at least 3 with Zoey in the jogging stroller. I did do 20 minutes of yoga before work today. I'll probably require some more tonight before bed with all this running. Thank goodness it is active recover week!

Becky, I have to get a bike so I can go on that bike trail! Your grilling sounds great. We're going to grill tonight.

Kate, hope you get a sitter.

fly by for me too - ccrazy morning of wo (5 miles and dwp/30/30) finn's conference, grocery max - blech!- put everything away then off to my boys. i am still drained from family drama. and i had way too much time with a can of nuts this morning. sigh. moving on....

Okay, P is asleep so I will try and get some work done instead of surfing the net. Eats today have overall been good. Resisting the snacks. Bfast was raisin bran cereal, 1/2 multi grain toast and 1/2 orange. Lunch was a salad. I did snack on some Annie's bunnies and raw nuts. I took a bite of a thin mint and threw it out because that will lead to nowhere good. Dinner is chicken breast with veggies. Planning on doing weights tomorrow, but not sure which body part.
 
Hi-

We got back around 11:30pm last night, so today has just flown by – just sitting down for the day now. The competition went good, except us getting lost :eek: Got in some good walking since we were staying downtown and a w/o. Also went to the mall. Hope everyone had a good weekend and a good Monday. I will be back tomorrow and catch up.
