Had a hard time finding the thread tonight. I didn't see "tidy", so I got confused.
Anyway, did my STS 10 today. I actually did all the pushups on my toes!!! First time ever. I hurt so good today now. Tomorrow I'm sure I'll feel it all day long too. I also did a 2 mile treadmill run tonight when I got home from my brother's birthday party. Figured I needed a quick extra calorie burn after Olive Garden and Graeter's Raspberry Chip ice cream
Breakfast and lunch were clean though.

Katie, it is crazy how stressful TTC can be! Even more stressful than trying not to conceive! Good luck to you!
Becky, you live in Cinci too right? I think we may have discussed this before somewhere, but I'm not sure.

Colleen, I agree that Meso 1 has gone by quickly. What are you doing for active recovery?

Speaking of sleep, that's where I'm headed. Got to get up at 4:45 am to get the workout in before work.
