Clean Eating Magazine March/April

Have any of you guys checked out this most recent issue??? Mine came in the mail yesterday and I couldn't fall asleep until I reaad it cover to cover!

There are so many recipes in there that look AWESOME! In fact, tonight I'm making the Black-Eyed Bean Stew with Collard Greens & Potatoes. And tomorrow I'm making the Fried Chicken Face Lift! YUMMO!

Zucchini Lasagna
Quick & Healthy Pasta Carbonara
Carrot Bread (my kids will LOVE this one)
Tortilla Soup

I can't stop! I want to make them all RIGHT NOW!

Figures! OMG, you would think that the people who are loyal to the Oxygen magazines would get these. Thanks for the link, Gayle!

I guess it doesn't matter, I see these mags in the stores all the time. I can pick one up there.
