I tried the chicken strip recipe out of there today. The one with the oats and bread crumbs and almonds. I had to tweak a bit because I had walnuts and not enough bread crumbs but I added some true north pistacio crackers and it turne out really good. What made it even better is that I knew I was doing something good for me and it made me feel good.

Same here. :p I tried that recipe last week and gave it rave reviews. I love that it's so quick and simple. I cheated a little and dipped them in honey mustard, haha, but with or without that dip, they were awesome.
 
I guess you like the magazine. Do you recommend it? What kind of information does it contain?
