RE: cookbook recommendations

I had a GREAT week!!! The only thing I had that was not a whole food was a protein bar. I weighed myself the other day and I had lost one lb. Sat., my husband and I are going to go to the EssenHaus in IN for Father's Day. I am taking him there. The food is all homemade Amish food. I will have one cheat meal, but I am committed, and I am eating alot of beans. They keep me full, and keep the hunger at bay. A good book on clean eating is Bob Arnot's Revolutionary Weight Control. It is the best book I have read in a long time....Good Luck everyone!!
