B-Kashi Fiber Cereal w/small banana, fat free milk and coffee.
S-Plain chocolate protein shake made w/fat free milk and 6 1/2 harvest 5 grain wheat thins (I know, the wheat thins are not exactly clean but they were good!)
L-Veggie burger and l/f cottage cheese on 1 slice toasted ww bread, orange juice.
S-nothing...ate lunch late.
D-home made lasagna using low fat cheeses and home made sauce but couldn't use ww pasta cause DH doesn't like it! x(
