Morning all!
I'm up way too early this morning.
Today:
B - steel cut oats
S - apple and 1/2 English muffin with pb
L - big salad with some protein (boiled egg, some cheese, etc.)
S - cottage cheese and pineapple
D - small piece of grilled salmon and HUGE salad
I'm starving! And I really need to get rid of the Hallowe'en candy
