Clean eating and fruit

>Has anyone else been eating red seedless grapes lately? They
>are awesome at this time of year! :9 :9

Yes! I picked up some organic red grapes (with seeds, which I eat as well!). They are delish (and I avoid non-organic grapes, because they are on the list of produce with high levels of pesticide residue on, and I don't want to try to peel grapes!).

>In my opinion, fruit has the amount of sugar that we, as
>humans, are supposed to eat when we have cravings for sweets.

I have to agree with that!

Though I do eat some dried fruits as well, but either in a Lara bar (where they are mixed with nuts) or after soaking (to help restore some of the water, and make them less calorie dense).

I eat a lot of Larabars too, just because they're so convenient and I'd rather eat a Larabar than skip lunch!

Yes, yes, yes! Fruit is wonderful and in season is best beause it tastes better too. I found organic frozen fruit which is unbelievably good for when it's cannot be found in season and I am salivating at the thought. Did you know eating out of seasaon fruit has anadverse effect on the environment because of importing and shipping it in? I consume the seeds of seeded grapes also and sometimes cherries as well http://www.clicksmilies.com/s0105/sprachlos/speechless-smiley-027.gif though that's accidental andnot for the faint of heart! Don't listen to anyone who disparages fruit. It has many components other than it's fructose and it belongs in healthy clean diets. I prefer organic. I had to sell my youngest child to afford my last produce bill at Wild Oats. I miss him.

This cracked me up! I miss my 2 kids as well. Hey, we gotta eat organic when we can, right. LOL!

Absolutely and he was the kind of kid who would make such a sacrifice for his family and since he was the youngest we were the least attatched to him.

You're killing me! ROFLMAO!

I may have messed that up by not selling the 15 year old since the youngest ate less but it's too late now. She's next anyway.

I MIGHT have gotten the highest dollar amount for the 17 year old and she's MEAN.
