Clean eating and dairy

Let's see I eat:
fat free cottage cheese
light soymilk
reduced fat cheese-sparingly
fat free low carb blue bunny yogurt
Olivia margarine- sparingly

Hope this helps;)

Check the ingredients. Lowfat and fat free cottage cheese have a lot of sodium. And here are the ingredients for fatfree Blue Bunny Yogurt:

INGREDIENTS: Contains:Ultra-Filtered Skim Milk, Flavor Base (Blueberries, Blueberry Flavor with Other Natural Flavors, Food Starch-Modified, Malic Acid, Sucralose, Potassium Sorbate as Preservative, Red 40, Blue 1), Cream, Whey Protein Concentrate, Gelatin, Vitamin A Palmitate, Vitamin D3, Cultures.

If you haven't yet, try Silk Soy Milk or 8th Continent. Under no circumstances should you attempt to drink the boxed soy milk from Eden Soy - it is horrible. Silk has a lot of different flavors - I prefer Light in Vanilla or Unsweetened. Good luck!

I eat:

Fat Free Yogurt
Fat Free / Skim Milk
Low Fat String Cheese (only 1 or two pieces per day)
Egg Whites
Whey Protein powder

That is about the only dairy that I consume. I would eat low fat cottage cheese if I could, but it always seems to really upset my sensitive stomach.

I cannot stand anything fat free, so I eat light, unless I read the ingredients and get alarmed.

I never liked soy milk until I started subbing it for cream in my tea in the morning. Now I actually like it. I'll only drink Silk as the other stuff taste like chalk to me, and be careful of the ingredients - I found some brands quite alarming.
