i feel so behind. i never checked back in yday b/c pms got me. major carb overload!!! the good thing is it was all whole grain (reg shredded wheat, 2 bowls, ww toast with pb). just wayyyyy too much. thanksfully i am fine today and not eating too much at all. maybe it will all balance out? wo was 30/30, which i did 40/20
