I do every once in a while, when I want a nice, long, steady-state step workout. I enjoy them, but the other day I did one, and the first section of it seemed long and repetitive. I wished that she had done more moves rather than repeating the same ones. I didn't notice that previously, so maybe it was just my mood!
I wish Cathe would make more steady-state, cardio-only (no weights or circuits) step workouts in the vein of the "Classics."
