When you state the weight that you are using on your barbell, are you stating the total weight of the barbell and weights on both sides or are you just stating the amount of weight on one side? For example, when you state that you are using a 30# barbell, do you mean 30# on each end or 30# total. Also, what is the weight of the barbell itself?
