I was wrong about the email notification. I'm glad they do send one out. I haven't received one yet but I'm sure it will be here very soon. :) I'm really glad I was wrong, a confirmation is very nice.

Another quick question....when does it say your parcel will be delivered? Mine is saying the 14th which is a drag b/c I paid the extra money to get xpress postage.Its probably just the worst case scenerio.Its never taken that long before.Xpress postage is only suppose to be 1-2 days or your money back.I really hope its here tomorrow!

I ordered in July, the first day possible. My order number is #2726. I haven't received an e-mail from Canada Post but I have never received one in the past either and I've ordered lots of times from CKSales. I'm still hoping for delivery on Friday. Has anyone that ordered from CKSales actually received their DVDs yet? Kim
 
I ordered in Oct.I received an e-mail at that time saying that they received my order.I was #3351.I received my e-mail last night saying that it was on its way.I have always recevied an e-mail from cksales everytime I have ordered.I also kept the e-mail in case anything happened to my order.I think this is the first time I have received an e-mail from canada post.It always seems to be from cksales saying that they shipped my parcel.Maybe they changed some stuff.
Either way,I would check in to it b/c I ordered after you and I received my e-mail.Did you receive an e-mail fron cksales saying that they received your order?

Yes, I always receive an e mail after I place an order but never a shipping notice. Thanks, maybe I will e-mail CKSales just to check. Kim

I live in Edmonton and I haven't yet received my videos. I was hoping to receive them last night, but they didn't come. Boo Hoo.
 
Loonette, I'm sure they will come today. Let us know!!! :) I haven't received a shipping notice and I ordered July 4th. I never have received on though, just an email order confirmation number. I would be embarassed to admit how many orders I placed through CK Sales! ;-)

I have also paid more for Xpress Postage-this is the reason we've received the email from Canada Post- and the delivery for my DVDs is for 17th-but I hope receive it on Monday 14th. I'm optimist -I live in Spain.
Do you know where is your parcel actually? My information does not change from yesterday-so, my order is still in Edmonton ?

I don't think the website changes much.Mine still says the same and I doubt very much if it is still in Edmonton.If it is, its not much of an xpress postage! When I have had parcels delivered to my house,I have had them here and the website may say that it is in Toronto somewhere.Meanwhile, it is sitting in my living room.I think it takes a while for them to update it.
I work at the airport and I see the planes come in that have the mail on it.One comes tonight and another tomorrow morning.I am hoping that my videos will be on one of those.
Mine is not suppose to be delivered until Mon but I am hoping to get it tomorrow.It always arrives faster there then expected.
Keep your fingers crossed, and I wouldn't worry to much about what the canadapost website says, its neither here nor there!
