circuits 2 days in a row?

I was noticing in some of the posts and rotations that you can do videos like CircuitMax or Cardio & Weights and then the next day do a total body like MIS or PUB/PLB. What about your rest day. Are you using light weights on the circuit days or is it just such a small amount of lifting in the circuits? thanks
 
Hi im not Cathe but I think you can do that as long as when your doing the circuit day you wouldn't lift to heavy as it is more like an endurance type of aerobic because IMHO when your going from aerobic to weights in a circuit it really keeps your HR up.
