Circuit Workout and then.....

I did HSTA last night and I'm surprisingly sore today. Would it be better to do a cardio workout today or weights? Any ideas? TIA!!

I would say cardio. May be with weights you will not puch yourself enough because your muscles hurt. I am no expert, just based on my experience.
 
HSTA is an AWESOME work out. It always leaves my upper body FRIED! I get DOMS from it every time. Gotta love it!}(

I'd definately go with cardio today....:)
