I have an idea!!! I was thinking maybe we could help each other out and come up with a kick butt circuit rotation challenge to keep us pumped and feeling good on the limited time we all have! Maybe we could make up a mini 4-week circuit rotation with lots of strength and good intense cardio to help us burn off the treats we eat (and enjoy) over the next few weeks!
I know that I am absoutely slammed both at work and at home over the next month and need to get the most of my workouts particularly with all the extra goodies I'll be consuming
Aquajack - seemed that you had some good ideas on circuits?
What do you think?? I think it would keep us all goin' and we'd know that one another was out there doin' the same thing Plus we might gain a little sanity thru the holidays!
