Circuit Max/Cardio Kicks and space?

I did a forum search using the words "workout space" and came up empty handed, so I'll post these questions: Would the CK/CM dvd be a worthwhile investment for someone that had a limited amount of cardio space available? For those of you who have these workouts and modify due to space restrictions, do you feel like the modifications detract from the workouts?

TIA!

RE: You CAN modify and not lose your heart rate . . .

Hi, Tia! I don't have Cardio Kicks, but I do have the Circuit Max video version; I also have a limited amount of space. You CAN make modifications due to space restrictions; in fact, I think there is a recent thread here one of on the Forums that offers modifications to substitute for double-grapevines in the Circuit Max workout.

I like to modify travelling moves that would travel me into my washing machine :) by substituting pump-jumps, regular jumping jacks, plyo jacks, plyo lunges, or power-squat-jumps keeping the knees in a bent position. Those keep the heart rate up, and those are just my personal preferences!

Check out the double Grapevine thread - it talks about space modification.

I have a small space too - In fact, I am just about to do Circuit Max. When I don't have enough travelling space I jog or march in place. Sometimes I do hamstring curls in place -

Definately get Circuit Max - it is well worth it - to tell you the truth - I find this tape very challenging and look forward to my modficiations! I don't have cardio kicks.

Thanks Annette and bebop! I guess that the CK/CM dvd will be my next Cathe purchase. The PS Series dvd just arrived today (replacing the vhs version that I sold last Fall.) I was having some major PS withdrawals!
