I agree that C&W is probably "easier' than Circuit Max only because there more time between cardio. In CM there's cardio followed by a compound movement( squats w/ overhead press)then right back to cardio. In C&W there's cardio, the compound move then a heavier weight upper body move THEN back to cardio.
Between IMAX and IMAX2 I must say they are both tough in their own way! IMAX has plyo scissors and plyo jacks where IMAX 2 has Interval 5 and 9 which are whoohooo!! ;-) No matter what you pick you'll be getting a great routine! Susan
