Here is a rough cut.

I have cut and pasted this from an excel file I keep so that I can record my weights used. I can't swear that it is perfect, I may have mixed up some of the weight circuits. But at least it is a place to start.

Joy is right except #6 is Bicep hammer curls while standing on one leg and bending/pressing out the other leg.
#2 is side lats and front raises doing lunges on one and squats on the other. Cathe only uses about 8#'s but it sure works! It's a fun total body workout. Susan
 
You are welcome. I have done this sort of thing for all of the tapes with weight work. They aren't perfect, but they really do help when keeping track of weights used.
