Circuit Blast - Premix?

I noticed under the STS/Shock Cardio Rotation there is a Circuit Blast cardio only premix. Under the DVD description there are no premixes listed. If there is such a premix have you done it and could you please describe it? I only have the download but was considering getting the DVD if there is a premix option.

There is a cardio only premix. It's 23 minutes long and has 6 rounds with 2 different exercises in each round. In most of the rounds the first exercise is more plyo type and the second is more of a fast paced leg workout that gets the heartrate up. It's mostly high impact and they aren't timed intervals like in hiit.
