Hello All! I have been reading cathe forum posts for a while but this is my first post! i like the conversation you guys have going here so I thought i'd join in.
I'm 22 and just entered "the real world" I suppose. I (and my diet/exercise routine) are still adjusting to the whole thing. I'm currently trying to lose the 10 lbs i gained since i've started working. Sitting at a desk all day is NOT good for you!

anyway.... that's my current christmas challenge. If anyone has ideas on how to reduce the "rear end expansion" phenomenon that seems to go with the desk-job territory, i'd love to hear them!
