Angela - my rotation follows. Some points:
* One day on the weekends I hike with DH (as I'm not sure which day works best you'll see Sat and Sun being the same - simply pick the day you want to do the workout and sub a cardio workout for the other day).
* I workout at home in the AM and go to the gym in the afternoon. For Cardio at gym - it's either cardio coach on a spin bike, elliptical or treadmill (which ever I'm in the mood for) or step class.
* The yoga and pilates days I consider my rest days. You can skip those if you want.
