Christian Cardio Music

A while back someone posted a link for buying cardio music. Also, a "mix you own cd" link was posted. I thought I had saved them to my favorites but...

If anyone remembers or has it saved, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE forward it to me at

[email protected]

I'm going to start teaching step classes at my church & I NEED music that isn't offensive to the ears.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU in advance.

I don't know about any specific mixes, but DC Talk has some great music that I always thought would make great kickbox music. "Jesus is Just Alright" and "Free At Last" are two faves that always make me want to jab and kick! Both songs are off an older CD. Toby Mac (of DC Talk) has a solo CD and a remix CD that have pumpin' music. There's also some great Latin-flavored stuff out there by Salvador. Hillsongs puts out primarily praise and worship, but there's plenty of upbeat songs, too. "Your Love is Beautiful", "Shout of the King", "All I Do", and "Faith" are some faves of mine (off various CDs). I can look up the CD titles and track numbers if you'd like. Just let me know, and what a great opportunity for you! A buddy of mine and I are Cathe-crazy and we've gotten a couple of others to try Boot Camp. My one friend said, "I thought I was in pretty good shape, but I really admire you and Teresa (my buddy) now!" Have fun!

Nicole C. Mullen!!!!!

Hi Deborah,
I didn't look at the sites provided, but wanted to put in my "vote" for Nicole C. Mullen -her Talk About It CD is soo great!! I put it on in the afternoons and dance around with my 14 month old, who gets so excited, she jumps and jumps until she pretty much loses her balance and falls down laughing and giggling. Especially on the tracks "Sometimes" and "Black Light", two of my faves! Nicole has a reputation for her powerful songs, but anyone who has seen her in concert can tell you that she can rock out, too!! I saw her last September ('02) and she was three months pregnant, dancing all over the place!! Just wanted to throw out another suggestion for you!!

Collage

Collage has cassettes for walking music that could be used for aerobics. They have one that's Christian Music on pg. 59 of their catalog. You can find them at their website too.

RE: Collage

Hello Deb,

Did you check your local Christian bookstore? Ours sells exercise cassettes. I have a few laying around somewhere. Kim Alexsis has a few out and there are Praise Workout tapes.

Blessings,
Denise
