OK I took the whole thing to the next step.....I couldn't help myself....I just had to do it. I put up one of our trees this morning!! Don't hate me
In my defense we do put up 2 in the house & one on the porch so this will cut down on all the work for one day....sounds good to me.

I love Christmas but when I start hearing Christmas music before Halloween and see all the decorations, it kinda ruins it for me! I get in the holiday spirit way too early and by the time the actual holiday rolls around I can't wait for it to be over!!

I have to admit also, I can't stand Christmas music especially when it is playing on the radio 24/7.

I can't stand Christmas music 24/7. One station plays it 24/7 from Nov. 1 through the New Year; I completely boycott that station & no longer listen to it all. I'm not ready to think about Christmas until after Thanksgiving.

I'm against Christmas until after Thanksgiving. It just seems to me that the stores do a little Halloween/ Thanksgiving starting in late July/ early August then by November they get rid of all of it and start Christmas.

Why can't Thanksgiving have it's place? Well - everybody can do what they please - but I for one - will not put up my tree or play Christmas music until the day after Thanksgiving.

I love Christmas songs! I sing them all year round, and really ramp it up this time of year. Did I mention that I'm tone deaf and that this is rather hard on my nearest and dearest?
