Just a couple errors if you want to correct the PLYO LEGS Disc 26 WORKOUT CARD:
The first exercise says Squats W/barbell, but it is actually done with DB's
Then, between the "TUCK JUMPS" & the "HALF TURN JUMPS LEFT", they left out The ONE-LEGGED ELEVATED LUNGES
Other then that, GREAT WORKOUT! I just hobbled up the steps! TWO workouts down and ONE happy customer!
