Morning Ladies!
I did Disc 20 Legs and what a difference the versagripps made! I used 37.5# DB's for my narrow squats and no forearm fatigue at all Can't wait to use them for BB rows and DL's.
Catherine- So when are you planning to start STS? I'm curious to see what you think of it.
Linda- Nice workout! I'm only doing chins/pulls once per week during the back/bicep W/O's and I still have to use the band for assistance. I can still only eek out a couple without help

As far as when I'll start STS,... I don't know for sure but I am thinking May. I think I am askeered
