Good job on Disc 4. I see you are finding it necessary to drop down in weight with some exercises. That was where I was getting frustrated but the more I read other posts, the more I find just about everyone else is expereincing the same thing. I'm not going to let it get me down anymore.
Yesterday, when I did Disc 24, my workout card listed 45# for pullovers. I had to use a BB since 40's are my highest DB's. It was such a struggle that I dropped down to a 40# DB which was more manageable but still tough.
I forgot to mention that I did 12 pullups, 12 chinups then 8 more pullups using the medium band.
Once my shoulder feels better, I'm going to start using the light band. I peeked ahead at my first w/o with meso 3 and there are no chins/pulls. I will have to add them in somewhere.
