Today was legs and chinup day:
Squats:
warmups- 50# 8 reps, 80# 5 reps
working set- 90# 3 sets of 8 (same as last week)
RDLs:
warmup- 70# 10 reps
working set- 95# 3 sets of 10 (up 5#)
Front Squats: 60# 3 sets of 8 (up 5#)
Good Mornings: 45# 4 sets of 10 (up 5#)
Calf Raises: 110# 25, 20 & 20 (up 5#)
Chinps: 5 sets of 5 unassisted with the first 2 sets adding 2.5# ankle wts- I was really happy with this as my goal was to do 1 set weighted and I did two!!
