Melody, so glad to find a kindred yoga spirit. I go through phases where I do more some weeks than others, always more in the summer. When I'm in one of those phases, my body keeps craving more and more. I'dl never give up weight training and cardio for yoga only, though. It's all about balance, as you know.

Oh yeah, my report: I didn't do MM, but got 1/2 way up from a dead hang, followed by 5 10-ct negs. I think that got me out of my non-chin-up post-vacation slump (hopefully). I'll do MM tomorrow and more negs on Thursday. Next week I'm off to NJ to visit my parents for a longer stretch where I'll be able to do nothing but yoga and Pilates again. Maybe I'll bring my band and work on my back some. Any ideas for back exercises I can do with Cathe's green Dyna-band?
