OK...now it is showing disc 20. I wonder if you have to log off then back on for it to show on my screen cuz last night it was still on 17
Catherine- Glad you are feeling better today. I've been falling behind on my rotation too. In fact, I haven't done legs for 2 weeks and rather than go back, I just skip them. Oh well....
Linda- Do you have any of the Powerstrike workouts? IMHO, they are easier and are my "go to" KB workouts when I want less intensity.
Today is supposed to be disc 20 legs but I'm going to do #21 back/biceps instead. Maybe I'll get to it this weekend. Can you tell I don't like working legs?
