I had disc 17 legs on schedule for yesterday but switched to Disc 18 back/biceps instead as my legs were sore. I did Imax2 on Tuesday then DH and I went to the MN state fair and walked for 8 hoursLucky for me, I have a massage scheduled for this afternoon cuz now my lower back and forearms are sore too. I'm going to hit the elliptical today to work out some soreness.
Linda- I hope you feel better soon. You amaze me working out and lifting heavy even when you are sick.
