Today was cardio and abs and I did 4 DS Bootcamp adding the 6 DM Drills then Weights Abs from Ab Circuits and finishing with the stretch from 4DS BC. I have not done floor ab work in forever and just let me tell you I just really hate it.
Workout was 1:15 and I burned 581 calories.
Have DOMS in my glutes and finally my inner thighs. I was not going heavy enough on the plies and just kept upping the weight by 5# each workout and seems I finally got it right.
