Catherine and Briee, you two inspire me to no end. I'm always in awe of natural strength and athletic ability. You've both got to cut yourselves some slack when you're not as consistent as you'd like to be.
Briee, your body and mind seem to require extremely intense (and often lengthy) workouts, but when it needs a break, it lets you know - AND THAT'S GOOD. So let yourself take those breaks when your body's screaming at you to do so and get back into the intensity it needs when it's telling you to do that. You could even try some restorative yoga on days you don't want intense exercise - you'd be surprised how calming it can be if you let your mind and body go there. (I had to stick that in there, didn't I?}()
Catherine, you've been plagued with nagging injuries this year and, even though you're taking breaks, it's obviously necessary for you and you're still going strong! I'm curious how your LB will respond to consistent B&G. And yay! PY4H once a week!
