Chin-up check in June 17

Hi there Everyone,

Good news, I am doing 3 sets of 8 reps per chin ups and pull up, twice a week. Of course they are still on my high chair. Still won't be able to do the real thing yet for a long time, but I keep plugging away at it.

Take care everyone, I know all are working very hard, and getting stronger each and everytime we do them. Keep up the good work. And be careful and don't pull any muscles trying to get to your goal. Nice and easy does it.

Janie, that's great. Can't you feel how strong your back is getting just by doing those? Just add that donut at the top and bam you are there!!! Seriously good job, keep up the hard work.

Hey Catherine,

I have to lay off my chinup/pullup attempts a little and guess what,
DH is assembling the new chinup/pullup bar for his P90X rotation.

I can't believe I'm upset because I'm not suppose to do these.:eek: A couple of months ago you could not have convinced me I'd feel this way.:7

Great work Janie. I've been wondering where you and Joanne were. Glad to see the 2 of you.
