(bows paying homage) I am definately getting stronger but can only hold for about 10 secs at a time. So I fluctuate in and out. But I totally agree doing negatives and chinups has helped with these. Hope your romboid is better soon!
Melody, sounds like a trip to Dick's will be necessary for you to get in your quota of chinups

OK ladies, I've had two days of rest (so to speak- no exercise, not like I've been sitting on my a$$). I think I really needed it mentally as much as physically. I am sooooo ready to get back at it tomorrow. It's tough for me to workout 6 days a week with P90X it really drains me. Gonna do 3, gonna do 3, gonna do 3,....... psyching myself up 3,........
