Chin-up check-in Aug 15

hier ist der Mann von der michele, wollte nur berichten daß ich kann doch einen oder mehrere Klimmzüge schaffen, mindestens war das der Fall zum letzten Mal das ich probierte. Sie brauchen trotzdem nichts anzureden, nur schreiben wenn sie wollen. Bin sowieso überhaupt nicht fit, so nichts zu sorgen

Sooooooooooooosan--I have no friggin clue what my darlin' DH just said to you, but if he told you he can do a chin-up he's lying:7 .

I haven't done yoga in years. I herniated a couple of discs in my neck and my physical therapist told me to avoid yoga because of the degree of extension required for many of the poses. I can do the downward dog, though.

Yup--he's the weiner! Are you sure he said he's competing in the Iron Man or the Weiner Dog Nationals? :7
 
Hey, where is everybody?

I'm back to report that I did two sets of assisted chins at the Y this evening. I think I used the same amount of assistance as I did on Tuesday, 35#, 40# and 45#. I hope I start making some progress soon because my birthday's in December and time's a-runnin' out. (Although I'll keep trying even if I don't make it by then.) I also did the Kickmax Bootcamp Challenge followed by some yoga this afternoon.
 
Hey all!! Schedule messed up again x( Will do Back and Biceps tomorrow. I hope after next weeks recovery week I can get back on the horse. Soooooooooooosan, WTG on the assisted chins. Keep your chin up (pun intended) :D I bet you'll meet your goal. Have you thought about doing the partial reps that Joanne is doing (I think it's Joanne)?

Is Briee AWAL again??? I know shes doing crunch frogs!!! LOL!!

I'm in Chicago this weekend visiting family. But, I did work on my chins at the park yesterday after my run.

Soooooooooooosan, there is a post in open forum about HB. She just found out that her SO of 10 years has a girlfriend!! How devestating!! I really feel for her.

I finally did B&B today. Still improving on my Bicep numbers-increasing wt and reps. But this totally reeks havac on my chinup numbers. I really need to do L&B cause I get better numbers working back and legs together. I also need to get back to doing back twice a week. That'll help too.

Joanne, are ya shopping in good ole Chicago??
