Child or Dog?

lolololol!!! I can't stop laughing!!! HEHEHEHEHEHE!

Both my dogs and my kids have done something like this, hahahaha. You can't keep anything safe from either while they are young, but at least you can crate a dog. ;) :p

That is so funny. I'm pleased to say that I have both kids and dogs, and have NEVER had experiences like that!!

Well, if you want to be *REALLY* morbid - the dog will be gone in about 10-12 years...

and you can always take the dog to the pound if you can't last even that long.

Those two boys were too funny - a true LOL from me! I also get a feeling that's not shaving cream...

I guess I am a dissenter here. Not to be a Scrooge, but I don't find the picture of the kids funny at all. I've got a dog that has eaten a couple of books, but kids are not animals. They should behave better than a dog would.

If I ever have kids that do what those two kids did, they'll wish they never knew what paint was. They would be down on that floor, scrubbing it clean until all trace of paint was gone. And if it couldn't be srubbed clean, they'd help replace the floor and do most of the work. They would learn consequences of their actions. I'd have to determine what the punishment would be for ruining the couch and the TV.

I don't find this funnay AT ALL! This is like that America's Funniest Home Videos video where the parent is happily recording his/her daughter while said daughter pours a whole bag of cereal all over the table and floor, then pours a whole gallon of milk EVERYWHERE. What GOOD parent would stand and let that happen?

Yes, it's easy to laugh, but I guess I'm not laughing because I don't think I'd find it funny having to replace a couch, a coffee table, a floor, and a flat screen TV. I'm not made of money. And I certainly wouldn't snap a picture of my kid with a huge smile on his face in the middle of this mess. I think my kid would take one look at MY face and his smile would turn into morbid fear.

I think I pretty much agree with you. I wouldn't find this funny at all and I can't even begin to imagine what parent would leave a child alone with an open can of paint long enough for this to happen--and I'll admit that I don't think this would take too long--they are lucky their kids didn't drink it.

This is the only part I would disagree with. These kids look way too young to really be held responsible for their actions. I can understand being mad and not finding this funny, but these look like VERY Young children. In this case, I think it is more parental irresponsibility than child responsibility. JMHO

Now, I will admit, my youngest (almost 2) has gotten away with a crayon and made some artwork on the walls without me knowing. (She did a good job of hiding it.) But this, WOW....my kids would have been busted as soon as the paint was out!!!! LOL!!!!

I knew at the age of three better than to pull a stunt like this. Was I just terribly astute? No. I think it was the quality of parenting I got, especially from my dad, who is my hero! My dad was TOUGH and taught us well...he was not my "friend"! He was my DAD! I didn't always enjoy the chores he gave me to do, but now that I'm all grown up, I value the lessons he taught me.

I'll take the dog!

If I caught my kids doing this, I swear, they wouldn't be smiling for the camera. YIKES!

To me this is just kids and dogs being unsupervised. Those kids are really young and even though my kids never did that, I also watched them constantly, so they never had a chance to do that. My kids would never even have access to paint at that age. Where are the parents? Don't people watch their kids anymore? You can't blame the dogs or the kids in this case, they both need guidance and supervision.
