Hi Cathe,
I have a two questions for you...I realize you may be quite "busy" right now but I hope if you have some time, well, here goes...
1. When I do step routines that last 60 minutes or more I find towards the end, I really start to fatigue and lose form...struggling to "get up there" at the end. Does this happen because my legs aren't strong enough yet, I don't have the cardio fitness yet, or both?
2. This month I started to be able to do push ups on my toes, first 8, then 12, second set on the knees, which now seems way easier. If I want to progress with the push ups, should I do each set to failure on the toes, or continue with the good ones, then go to the knees. I read your latest article on the compound exercises, I'm sure the fact that I'm doing them at all is for that reason, as my core is also stronger too now.
Thank You
Linda
P.S. Slow & Heavy really does wonders for the focus, on everything.
