Chest

O.k., most of you know I hate chest work, but this past week I did PUB and I haven't done this workout in awhile. Switching up seems to make a difference and so I had PEC DOMS! LOL! Anyhow, I swear I am not seeing things, but it looks like my boobs are getting bigger. In the meantime, but hips and waist area look like they are shrinking. So does chest work really do some wonders or what???

i think my boobs are lifted since doing heavy chest work and lots of push ups. i didn't really notice until i was taken a bath one day and they didn't fall under my armpits LOL i know sounds corny but i am big chested and i breastfed so they kind of lost their bounce for awhile there.

LOL!!! That's too funny!

DH caught me "streaking" from the bathroom to the bedroom the other day, and stopped me..."Honey, do you have tape holding those girls up?"...He was flabbergasted that working out can "lift" a girls chest!!

i have heard conflicting arguements that lifting really doesnt do much to lift the boobs but i guess we finished that debate LOL.

I just know what I see and my body ain't telling me no lies!!! LOL! I swear I want to do 50 pushups this morning, but I got to let that area rest for now until..maybe tomorrow! NOW I AM MOTIVATED to do push ups!!!

I have experienced the same. I have lost fat but the fellow twins are still the same (no apparent fat loss in there), even more lifted (or less sagging, I should say).
 
charlotte for you i did 54 push ups; 2x12 decline push ups on the ball and 2x15 push ups on the floor. it was chest/back day.

O.k. so now I am jealous!!!! }( ;( }( ;( The crying is what I will be doing tomorrow!!! LOL! Wish me luck. I will have tissue nearby.

Charlotte, I have found if I do bench presses on an incline using a real heavy weight, the upper chest muscles become more pronounced and have the appearance of some cleavage.

Yes, indeed! If I neglect my heavy incline chest work (25# dumbbells are usually enough for the effect for me), I get the old "boney chest" look. Incline presses really do give that nice "cleavage" effect.
