Hi Cathe! I have been using MIS and, lately, S and H to build muscle. I have some shapely muscle developing in my back, shoulders and arms, but my chest doesn't seem to have changed at all. My upper chest is quite bony, and I'd really like to add some muscle there. The day after working chest, I can feel the muscles aching, so I must be hitting them. Do you have any advice?

Hi Sharon! Try doing two non-consecutive chest workouts per week. Either the same exact one or a different one for the second workout. Good Luck!
