:::CHEETAHS:::work it out wednesday

OMG, what was I thinking saying I would do kickboxing after the X work outs!?! I don't have the time right now anyway but oh my goodness even if I did, I don't think I'd be able to do it! LOL

Ofcourse, it doesn't help that this time I did 30 reps with the ab wheel, then did Abs/Core+ and THEN did Upper+ LAST. By the time I got to Upper+ my arms were ALREADY tired! LOL I could tell as my reps in alot of stuff went down. :eek:

I thought it might be easier to get A/C+ out of the way first but it's just not the case with this one. Definately a mental note to be made there. ;) I may also avoid that darned ab wheel until AFTER the upper body is worked or reserve it for another day!:p So...all of that being said...I did NOT get to try Tracey's kickbox today. Oh well, I'll get to it soon enough!;)

Gotta hit the showers right now...I'll be back in a bit for personals though!:)

Hola, cheetah babes!

Christine :: Very cool about having the 4-day weekend…and making the CNN top 5!! Sounds like a smart boss rewarding hard work with some sweet, little perks. Glad you’re lovin’ the new kicks! *lol* about the Bosu. I do pick up my legs and do bicycles, too – but much, much slower and fewer reps. So what’dja think of the PH abs? Intense, huh?

Carole :: I hope the counseling is helping. Sorry to hear about the bedsore troubles and reaction to the meds. I cannot imagine how frustrating it must be. Will continue to keep John & the fam in thought & prayer as well…ROTFLMBO at your gas theory…

Jackie :: I am always intrigued by the variety in your workouts. Never heard of What I Want Fitness. Received those pilates DVDs but probably won’t have a chance to preview/try til the weekend. You reminded me, I forgot to do the chinups/pull-ups from Sunday. Will get 'em in there somewhere. Looking forward to the 3-day weekend here, too.

Kristi :: Oh, I missed the part that the hives were completely gone by Saturday. ACK! Ice freaks me out. Glad you made it in safely.

Dallas :: I like the BSN Lean Dessert protein powder. It’s *really* tasty. Fresh Cinnamon Roll and Banana Nut Bread are my favorites. I mix one scoop with 4 oz. of water, 5-6 ice cubes, and 4 oz. of fat-free vanilla yogurt. Hat’s off to you, girl, on braving those insane temps!

Wendy :: The message boards were ready to go back in August, so there isn’t much that needs to be done. I’ve drafted a letter to go home to parents and am now waiting administrative approval. Then I can roll it out…Yeah, I like to lollygag in the mornings, too. Ease into the day. Working out at 5? That would be no problem. But, for some reason, 4 – which is when I have to work out in order to get out the door on time – is a challenge…I would go for the flat 10-miler…but yeah, I think it’s totally doable! Kudos to you on the ab wheel… I hope I can get my low back strong enough to be able to use that sucker someday soon.

Posh :: hope everything went well at the orthodontist and with Apple.

Lori :: oh, boy! Eleven and pushing the boyfriend issue…:) May the force be with you on that one!! *lol* about this morning’s mixup. Now THAT would signal a problem, wouldn’t it, if I cut a work out short to come and post? Nah, I just snuck over to the computer for a few minutes while waiting for my hair iron to heat up…In terms of the gas issue, I do think certain foods can cause an increase. And I hate to say it, but I also think age can play a factor.

Judy :: how exciting for DD! That’s wonderful!

Shelly :: sounds like a solid plan for the transition…which shore town will you be temporarily relocating to? Thanks for the pat!

OK, I do believe I'm caught up now, finally.

Have a great night!
